Adesso is developing and running our CitiFirst website. All personal data which is required for subscribing to one of our newsletters is collected, processed and forwarded to Mapp in order to complete the registration.
Mapp Digital Germany GmbH is delivering emails on Citi’s behalf. Upon registering for one of our newsletters, your name and email address are sent to Mapp and stored and processed by the company.
Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to process the above mentioned purposes or if legal requirements make longer storage necessary. By registering, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described.
Deletion of your data
Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link that allows you to easily unsubscribe from the respective mailing list. For technical reasons a user profile remains active even though you may have unsubscribed from all distribution lists. You can request the deletion of this user profile at any time. User profiles with no assigned distribution list will be deleted at least every six months. In addition, you have the opportunity to object to the further use of your data or to restrict the use at any time.
Non personal data collected during your visit of the website will be deleted after 26 months.
